Mr. Srinivasan has over 20 years experience in Information Technology and is well versed in all aspects of the software development lifecycle. He has architected software projects and developed tools and applications. He is currently a Technical Director, Health Research Programs.
He has been involved with eXtreme Programming since 2002 and started using an early version of Agile Scrum in 2004. Over the years he has been a member of the Scrum team and a Technical Lead and a Scrum Master. His role has spanned from development to coaching.
He is currently exploring uses of games to bring out subtle aspects and nuances of Agile. In addition he is an avid proponent of XP, DevOps and Agile Architecture. In his spare time, he loves to hike and camp around the blue ridge mountains.
