Tina is an award-winning IT Management Consultant at CapTech, where she leads and coaches organizations through successful change strategies for complex IT implementations using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Her professional career spans over 25 years’ experience in the commercial, non-profit, and federal government business industries. She has devoted the last ten years to providing Organizational Change Management (OCM), Strategic Communications, and Project/Program Management services for government and Fortune 500 companies. She is especially passionate about teaching Agile OCM, and how change management can successfully adapt to a sprint-based, fast-paced working environment.
