In this session:
·  Attendees will be able to compare and contrast the similarities and differences between traditional User Experience Design (UX), Lean User Experience Design (UX), and Agile practices such as Backlog Creation and Grooming, and Iterative and Incremental Test-First Development.
·  Attendees will understand one pattern of integrating Lean UX and Scrum from an example in Lean Product Development in the Financial Services industry.
·  Attendees will be able to construct their own integrated approach to UX and Agile Management.

Devin Hedge brings almost two decades of experience working in the IT Industry in his role as an Executive Coach, Organizational Agility Consultant and Lean Product Development Specialist. He has been Managing Software Development, Enterprise Engineering and Program Performance Management projects of various sizes for the last 10+ years and has been practicing some form of the Agile/Scrum principles and practices for the past 14 years. Most recently Devin has worked bringing Lean Product Development/Lean Startup in the Enterprise, Organizational Agility in Product Strategy and Agile practices and principles to various Fortune 100 corporations and various Federal Government Agencies.
Devin is an active member of the Agile community, mentoring professionals from the server room to the board room through various professional organizations and Agile Community functions.
