Arjay is a scrum master for Red Hat and is an active and passionate Agile advocate, working both with teams within and with organizations outside of Red Hat. He came to Agile after 10 years of software project management in the automotive industry and 2 years in SaaS. In the last five years he has been a ScrumMaster and coach for multiple teams, assisting Product Owners with effective prioritization techniques and helping teams with user story writing, continuous improvement and even conversion to kanban (when appropriate). Arjay is a CSM, CSPO, and CSP, and is always looking for ways to help teams learn as they improve. He comments on those and other Agile efforts in his blog, “So Agile It Hurts Sometimes” ( http://www.goscrumgo.com/ ). Outside of work, Arjay raises chickens with his wife, Cathy, and is currently building a timber-framed barn … iteratively, of course.
